Our livestock is naturally fed and reared on the farm, using traditional, non-intensive farming methods. They are raised on vegetable and cereal stock feed and are given the natural freedom to roam and root. Our animals mature slowly allowing the meat to achieve the highest level of taste and succulence. Saddleback pigs are the only pig naturally high in Omega 3 fatty acids.
Our free-range British Saddleback pigs produce succulent roasting joints with superb crackling and fantastic chops and sausages with excellent flavour.
